Nothing that identifies you. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details anywhere on this site, and there is no form to submit them through. The only way to reach us is by emailing editorial@bestpaystubgenerators.com, and if you do, we keep that message only for as long as it takes to answer it.

We set no cookies. As of the date of this page we run no analytics of any kind. If we add analytics later it will be a privacy-focused, cookie-free tool that records page views without identifying individual readers, and this page will be updated before it goes live rather than after.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operational purposes. That is a function of hosting any website and is not something we read or analyse.

Links to the tools we compare take you to those vendors’ own websites, which have their own privacy practices — read them before entering anything. Some of our outbound links may carry a referral parameter that tells the vendor the visit came from here. That parameter identifies this site, not you, and where we use one it is labelled and disclosed on the page carrying it.

The pay data you enter into a paystub generator goes to that vendor, never to us. We are not a paystub vendor and we do not generate pay stubs, so we never see it.

This site is aimed at people managing payroll or their own income records. It is not directed at children, and since we collect nothing, we hold no data about anyone of any age.
