This is the most useful message you can send. Include the page, the value you think is wrong, and a link to the vendor page showing the correct figure. We check it against the vendor’s own page, correct it, and update the date on that value.

We do not remove or soften an accurate but unflattering figure at a vendor’s request. If a refund policy is restrictive or a price is unpublished, that is a fact about the product and it stays.

Send the public URL that states the detail you want reflected. Everything we publish traces to a page anyone can open, so a figure sent by email without a source cannot go on the site — we would have no way to show a reader where it came from.

Inclusion is editorial and not for sale. Paying for a referral arrangement does not change whether you are listed, what we record, or where you appear in the order. Our methodology explains how tools are selected.

We are not a paystub vendor and we do not generate pay stubs, so we cannot produce a document for you, recover one you bought from a vendor, or help with a refund — take those to the vendor directly.
